YES I have identified the scale on my computer and connected it via internet cable.

Are you sure you have that model of scale? and you were able to connect to it in PUTTY?

Well you are yelling and demanding in a community forum. Please help us help you. You need to provide better information to go on, all we can do is guess what’s wrong.

Start with putty see if you can connect

So you showed the PUTTY options… did it connect? Can you see the output?

Fro CAS PDN, please try the following steps.

  1. Download and install the free software provided by CAS to ensure the connection with PDN. Software - CAS Scales Australia

  1. Select the ECR type on the scale. ( Type-3 is working fine on my side.)

  2. Config the scale device in SAMBAPOS.
