I`ve added new department, but it doesn`t shows in reports

I have 4 departments using one database, i’ve added another one but it doesn`t shows in reports and tickets menu, but shows in accounts? What may be the problem…?

For V4 reports does not grouped by departments like V2. You need to create and assign Ticket Types.

ive created everything including ticket type but it doesnt shows!
and when i want to look thru reports filtering date i receive a message!

I can’t understand from this code but something on your configuration have duplicated names. Can you check your configuration and let me know what is duplicated?

Ive renamed all, ticket type, account.. also checked database tables and didnt find anything that duplicates! Know tickets shows in ticket menu, but reports throws exeption, maybe i need to erase some old tickets?

Did you remove any categories or products while in the same work period?
Have you started a new work period and tried the reports?
Have you erased all transactions and tried again?

Hello. Thank you for the backup. The problem is both a user and a ticket type are named as Texas. You can try Renaming user or wait for the next update for solution.

I just installed 4.1.43 (sql) i created 2 tickets type and 2 departments, in each department ticket type are different but in my work period report i don’t see seprate sales data for both ticket type.

Are you sure mapping is correct for the departments and 2 ticket types?
