Hello, is there a way to restart from the beginning, I have messed up too many things learning this Samba, I would like to restart from the beginning where all was simple. I would like to keep my menus as they took days to do, but all the other settings, I can redo in a few days. I have uninstalled several times but when I reinstall, everything returns? This is good in a way, you will not loose data , but for me I want to restart from scratch, unless someone can take a look and fix it.

I am freezing often, cant switch from menu to floor plans, floor plan widgets do not change colors, floorplans will not stay put, when switching from one to the other I freeze up, I lost my void. My settlement page also freezes… If there is a better way? tell me, as I am defeated. I want to use it but cant.

What version of SambaPOS do you have installed?

There’s no straight forward way to reset most things keeping only menus.

If I know what version you’re running and what parts you’d like to keep, I can whip something up to reset what you want back to default.

I sent you an email responding for your help, please let me know if you wish to try or I will have to resort to deleting and sanitizing what I can.. I wait for you response.

Couldn’t you just export the menus using database tools, uninstall, reinstall and then import them again the same way?

There’s no option with the built-in export tool to export menus unless I’m missing something.

But he’s sorted for right now.
