Not that it makes a difference to me other than that warm fuzzy feeling seeing it in notifications why mark your own post with the incorect template as the solution?
Not exactly making it easy for other users who might look and see your post marked as solution causing confusion if they are stuck on same issue as you.

I In customer account it is showing the same again. Instead of the customer name, customer number is showing. I changed display format to name and phone. Still

Hi , I solved it.
Renamed the custom field Name to NAME
Then in in display Display format Gave [NAME]
Its solved
Now it is showing the customer name in the statement
