Importing transaction values to Excel

Hi,

We use an Excel spreadsheet to cash up our 7 tills and i’m just wondering if there would be a way to have a button that imports the Workperiod total takings for card and cash into the Spreadsheet?

I have attached a screenshot below, the staff have to manually type in Cash Z Reading and Card Z Reading for each till but it would save time and mistakes if there could just be a button that pulls this directly from the SQL Database
