Dear all, a client of mine wants to be able to control his ticket number manually after clearing the database transaction. Please how do i implement this?
Depends to what extent and how you mean control?
If you want to pick and choose your probably better of automating a ticket tag and changing ticket number to use the tag number and leaving the built in ticket number alone in sequential order since messing with it may cause you issues.
