Does anyone know the best way to integrate your sales data with Quickbooks?
Have not used but in v4 options will be limited probably to export and import of CSV.
V5 gives more options but depends on what options Quickbooks offer, ie do they have an API.
Also depends on the level of integration you are looking to achieve, have seen services like these offer an API but set limits to the number of transactions posted etc.

Integration with v4 will be nearly impossible. We expanded export ability with v5 to export into just about any format you need. For us to help you further you need to explain what kind of integration you expect.

I currently have all of my items with barcodes for a mini mart entered into quickbooks. I would like to export these into an excel file and then import them into sambapos 5. Once I then have all of the items setup in samba, I would like to export my daily sales data from Samba and import it into quickbooks so that I can keep up to date with sales and inventory via quickbooks. Hope this is clear.

V4 wouldn’t do barcodes on batch create.
V5 you could use the yaml import but not something I’ve used before.
