Is it possible to add currency symbols here

I posted a picture of what I am referring too.
Can currency symbols be added to these buttons? like they are at the main button? would be nice to see it (Symbol) at each cash amount but maybe to difficult to do?
Can I remove these - Discount & Round buttons ? not used for us.
How do I make print check always print when button is hit? It now only prints once if hit and never on a completed sales ?

Thank you the symbols are now visible, I have read several instructions and I think I have to walk away from this for awhile sometimes I read instructions several times they do not sink in??
I have tried to Disable “Discounts” via rule by adding Admin… No good and I don’t understand “rounding” as I put in an amount it subtracts from the amount due? I would like to disabled that also tried to disable the “gift” option all my attempts failed.. cant I just somehow remove those buttons?
