Probably an issue with your printer? Maybe try character substitution. I’m. Not entirely sure will have to wait for one of the experts.
Check your character set in samba and if there is an option in the printer drivers.
That means printer’s character set does not contain € sign. Either choose a different charset for your printer through printer driver / setup tool or try setting printer type as HTML printer.
