Is there a way to block the same user or another user from viewing the a ticket that is open in a different terminal…
example: table 1 is open in terminal 1
table 1 cannot be viewed in terminal 2 at the same time
the reason is i always have waiters leaving their tickets open in different terminals when its very busy ,then they want to access the very same ticket in a different terminal
i want a popup that says (You cant view this ticket because it is open in another terminal)
