Is there a way to export the Users list?

Definalty with report sql details.
Other report expressions will generally be limited to users active in a corresponding period.
It may not be needed but I was thinking, what if I have to re add all users one day. Would it be a good idea to have an import and export of the user list?
Import may not be so simple. Possibly with config tasks but jessie would be the person to ask about that.
Re export. 100% doable with report sql details expression. Since main fields are only name, pin and role which are in same table in plain text it’s an easy query.
