I sale a product and click on pay, if the amount is exact, is ok; but if I have to give change not show me the red banner with the change, and after I click cash showme me the same ticket reopen not the new sale which is the normal. Here I send a Gif to show what happen.
My brain exploded after watching that for a few minutes lol. You have changed something because by default it does not do this behavior. We need to see what you have done.
