Issue with COMET CTI Caller ID Device

We’re having issues with the SambaPOS CTI caller ID device on SambaPOS. Firstly we checked the terminal emulator output and saw that there is data coming out of the COM port in the correct format as expected by CTI but this is not being recognised in SambaPOS.

When I analysed the data coming out of the CTI device using TeraTerm I saw 80 17 01 08 30 31 32 37 31 34 32 33 02 0B 30 37 39 31 38 30 30 36 30 34 37 85 in hex which aligns with the documentation from COMET and MDMF format (https://087ce425-819a-426c-9ecd-b0dac8cbb881.filesusr.com/ugd/d28ed2_3c011b935b244a4a845debc39c49ec12.pdf). However, when I go to SambaPOS it doesn’t seem to be recognising this data format.

We have other clients using the exact same system with the only difference being that other clients seem to have the name field also coming into the message field and this one does not. However this shouldn’t stop the number from being recognised by SambaPOS. Any reason why this may be?
