Jetrik showing no customer id found

Please,i purchased a jetrik licence to V5 on samba store, after followed the procedureas shown below:
Jetrik is divided into 3 parts;

  1. Jetrik QR Menu

  2. Jetrik Standart

  3. Jetrik Pro

  4. Jetrik QR Menu:

Basically it has the only QR Menu function, it doesn’t have placing orders and getting payment features etc.

  1. Jetrik Standart:

In addition to Jetrik QR Menu this package will have the below features;
-Defining QR Codes to the tables
-Receiving orders from the tables
-Building website that belongs to the customer
-Receiving orders from website
-Getting online payment on all platforms
-Automatically redirecting the orders to SambaPOS

  1. Jetrik Pro:
    In addition to the Standard Package, it is our structure where the customer can use the website on their own domain.

Regarding Setup process;

You can follow the steps below for Jetrik setup process;

1- Firstly, go to https://reg.jetrik.com/ and register. (Must use SambaPOS V5 Pro license email address)

2- Log in at https://panel.jetrik.com/ with the information you registered with.

3- You can update your information according to your own business from the Restaurant Setup section.

4- You can send your SambaPOS Menu to Jetrik;

Main Menu > Manage > Settings > Program Settings > SambaPOS Jetrik Integration > Select desired Menu > Click on Send Menu to Jetrik button.
The Error message Display is :No restaurant found with customer id,even after filling the form with licence email address.

kindly help me to look into this .

Jetrik has not launched yet. Only qr menu is available. Full ordering from Jetrik is being tested it won’t be long.
