Just installed a new version on my second system and my old system is an old version when i try to open the old version it gives database error so i installed new version now i get this error

What version is the old one? What OS are you using? Looks like your system may not have the correct. Net installed.

and XP the old system admin setup this system am a new worker there

It requires .net 4 and xp will not support that. You can only run version 3 or under on xp. Time to upgrade XP is close to 20 years old now.
