We are experiencing an issue with one of our KDS tablets being unable to “get token” when logging in.
When checking the tablet’s General Settings, the Device Name, API Server, and Groups are all showing as “null”.
I then logged into the KDS panel online and no devices are listed. It also appears that all previously saved settings have been cleared. When trying to re-enter the server details in General Settings and pressing “Save”, nothing happens and the changes are not applied.
I have tried resetting the licences and reviewed the SambaPOS settings on the main system, but I cannot see any changes that would have caused this.
Has anyone experienced this before, or can advise what might cause the KDS panel devices and settings to disappear and prevent saving new server details?
