Is there a way to clear KDS on start of day, 2 days of week we dont use KDS, i need a “CLEAR BOTTON” to wipe out theese orders.
is there a way?
We are discussing this for future update.
it is such a big problem. we didn’t use KDS like a 6 months now we wanted to use it. and it is full of order we can not delete the history. and I don’t want to delete whole year of sambapos database. is there anything that we can solve the issue
Version 2 has a complete all button and it will only show current work periods tickets. It will solve this but we need a little more time. Maybe next month we will release it.
in the meantime you can try Deleting the app and reinstalling, and also deleting the tablet from KDS Admin and change what state you use for Ready and Complete. End the work period too so it has a new work period.
Any news about releasing KDS v2?
