KDS Setup issues

Hi, I set up the KDS system as per the Knowledgebase article (https://kb.sambapos.com/en/8-9-how-to-configure-sambapos-kds/) but face a few issues…

  1. In the kdsadmin.sambapos.com I can not unselect all the categories, it let’s me unselect 2, but not the others, I click and click but nothing happens…
  2. In the General settings as well in the kdsadmin.sambapos.com it does not show me anything to choose in the pop-up to whom the ticket tags are supposed to be shown, no user roles or users show up at all
  3. When I try to log on to the KDS with the PIN, initially it showed me NOT FOUND (even it’s the Admin PIN) and now it just shows after a while “Connection request timed out”

If somebody could guide me in the right direction, that would be great. Just to make sure, I followed the instructions from the KB to the letter and rechecked it several times now, so nothing missing there.
