Am having issues connecting KDS tablet to server, I have used all necessary steps from server configuration by using instructions from 8.9. How to Configure SambaPOS KDS? – SambaPOS Knowledgebase
My tablet can login to account by using license email and password then it goes to next screen where you are required to enter server pin but gives an error “no internet connection“ but it has internet connection and on the same IP range as the server. The kdsadmin.sambapos.com is also well configured as required and I can see the menu I sent from the server.
Kindly assist where I might be am missing something
thanks for the response John, server IP 192.168.1.20 / KDS tablet on 192.168.1.33 they are on the same local network, I had checked that while configuring, I also checked on the Message Server and did a Test Message Server Connection and it is working, all firewalls are off. So am still puzzled where the problem is…!
Hello, turn off KDS completely and login with your license mail address & password again.
