Hi there, I’m new to SamabPOS and just trying to set up. I have entered my menu items including categories. The categories show up but when I try to produce a ticket and click on the category the SambaPOS key board opens but not my menu items. Any idea what I made wrong? The menu items that are already in the system work, it is only the ones that I have entered.
Yes you need to map the products to your catagories. Check image below and let me know if you have any questions. @Maren
