Kitchen Display Update Quantity

Hi,

I’ve set up a kitchen display and i’m wondering if there’s a way of grouping together multiples of the same product. In the attached screenshot duplicate items show up duplicate and not 2 x product.

I’ve tried this as shown in Kitchen tutorial [=(’{QUANTITY}’>1 ? (’{QUANTITY}’+’ ').substr(0,2) : ’ ')] but it shows 2 x product name grouped plus the products again below it.

In the Printer Template, set Merge Lines to Merge …

Thanks for your reply. It works as expected when I add the same product multiple times one after the other, if I add a different product in between and then another of the first product it then shows this again separately with a random quantity
