License count exceeded (1/1) - after purchased multiple license

I had 1 license, then i purchased another one and i installed on my tablet but still its showing License count exceeded (1/1), please help. Thanks

Did you run License.exe on the server again? Also please logout fully from each MC3. If you do not logout it will not clear a license.

You can start over by resetting message server.

  1. Samba Market > Clear Licenses
  2. Close SambaPOS
  3. Open Licensing.exe app and enter your credentials
  4. Restart SambaPOS Messaging Server
  5. Start SambaPOS

Also, you need to press Exit if swapping between MC3 and other apps.
