License drop problem

Hi, I am re-entering some of my customers’ licenses every day because
licenses are droping every day. Why am I having such a problem?

I couldn’t solve the problem. I couldn’t find the reason

That may happen because of shutting down SambaPOS before automatic backup completes. You can try disabling automatic backups or ask @ozerbabaoglu to test 5.1.61 version if it solves the issue or not.

we tested 5.1.61 version and automatic backup is close about a week but problem continue. Screened for the possibility of a virus, did not solve the problem.

  1. Create a backup after you activate the license.
  2. Create another backup after license drops.

PM both backups to me so I can compare differences.
