License issue not activated and metrik v2 cant show data

i am encounering a license issue and i followed every step of installation of licenses but still oon cp.sambapos.com the license says not activated and the metrik v2 cant show any data from the sambapos i need support on this.

You are using version 5.5.2?

yes iam using 5.5.2 but there isnt any kind of connection from sambapos nd metrik

Did you install the metriK service and generate the reports?

yes installed metrik by the steps shown but i reached the database conf on sambapos, should i change th db from local hot
