List customer tickets

I am struggling with a default feature of sambapos.

If a customer already has a ticket. Then, when I select the customer from customer search entity screen it should display the existing customer ticket list.

However in my setup, it will create a new ticket without listing the existing ticket.

I have somehow disabled display customer ticket list feature from customer search entity screen.

Can someone please help me out.


Is it the default entity screen or one you made?
What automation have you been working on ? Check you automation on events like entity selected.

It’s the default entity screen.

I have rules for new tickets.

What I want is that when a customer with an open ticket is selected, then it should should the customer’s open ticket list.

Rather, it just creates new ticket

That is default behaviour so something has been changed.
