Hi,
The SambaPOS software is good, want to use for commercial support is one for the major issue, plan to use for multiple outlet, if there is any issue I can’t keep searching forum here to troubleshooting while disturbing outlet business, I also found a lot of useful feature in this forum, but I am not expert in Samba POS, I worry I added something may impact other where I not aware.

I would like to asking if I purchase Annual support, what is included, and those I add feature where I get know in forum included?
