Lose Ticket State when Move or merge ticket products

Hi,
When I select one or more products in a ticket and press the Move button, I lose the Kitchen State in the new ticket that SambaPOS create.
How can I do to send the Ticket Kitchen State to the New Ticket?
I try with the Ticket Moving and Ticket Moved Rules without results.

You did not lose a state… the state was never there because you created a new ticket. Submitted state is set on ticket close, simply close that ticket and it will change to submitted again.

Now your kitchen state… when are you setting your Kitchen state? It should probably be on Ticket Closing as well.

I’ve added a feature to copy ticket states to new ticket. There might be cases where we need to reset states and we can use Ticket Moving rule for that.

I have tried to configure the Ticket Moving rule but it still fails.

This is my rule. I tried to configure with and without constraint and nothing happened.

No you don’t need that. Just update to latest version and it should copy ticket states.
