Making changes after settle

I’m using V3 and V4. I’m check is either version can make any change after ticket is settled?
We have encountered situation where after payment customer wants refund for food that was not ordered but accidentally entered by staff.

I do not think its possible in v3 due to some of the actions required were v4 only but yes you can in v4 by installing the More Ticket actions module and follow this tutorial.
