Matrik unable to load data how to fix

Make sure:

  1. Use SambaPOS Licensing app again after you purchased the license
  2. Make sure to follow all the steps on how to setup Metrik V2
  3. Restart SambaPOS Messaging Server service
  4. Restart Metrik contoller services
