What was the fix for this in the long run? I’m having the same issue. Departments are set to my only menu. PDA logs in. I can see through Users>Applications it’s getting a token.
The only thing in the setup not followed exactly is the name of the Department. We are a bar only so our department is Bar, not Restaurant. Hopefully that’s not the issue.
I emailed my DB to you then sent a follow up email several days later and I haven’t gotten any feedback. Can you give me an update on this? I don’t mean to rush but if this is going to be a challenge I’d honestly prefer to just take a rain check and focus on other things.

Our team sorted this out. For anyone curious, we discovered it was due to this configuration had a lot of Entity Screens and they were all mapped to every terminal. Some of the screens were not compatible with MC3 so we remapped the screens accordingly with the terminal used for handheld and it resolved the issue.
