MC3 *Check SambaPOS Department settings* 😕

We received your email that you sent to and replied to it as below;

You are getting this error due to not selecting the default menu for the all Departments.
Once you select the menu for the department you will be able to login to SambaPOS MC3.
Main Menu > Manage > Settings > Departments > Select Related Department > Default Menu > Select your menu for this field. (Do this for all of your departments)

After selecting the default menu, restart SambaPOS Messaging Server from the Windows Services part and click on the Update Database button which can be found on the PIN entering screen of Mobile Client MC3 App and then try to login again please.

If the issue still persists email your Anydesk Id to
