MC3 , Terminal not found problem

i followed the whole MC3 tutorial but i still get the Terminal not found error. can anyone help?

Hello @maximemri,

Please check below source’s step named 4.3.2.Adding User for pda and make sure you selected the related terminal for rest of your users as well.

pda was already there from beggining. i checked everything and tries again. same result. do i need to add terminal for my phone?
