MC3 Ticket Note button unresponsive

Upgraded Sambapos to V5.7 and mobile clients to V3
Now nothing happens when Ticket Note button is tapped.

Hello @Jimk ,

You need to select the Ask Text Input box from the Default Ticket Note Automation Command on SambaPOS and then you can try again after clicking on the update database button on MC3.

Main Menu > Manage > Automation > Automation Commands > Default Ticket Note > General Settings > Ask Text Input > Select this box and click on Save button.
