Does MC3 support Ticket Note feature?

I tried it and pressing on the button nothing happens.

Its automation wasnt changed its Default Ticket Note rule

Hello @Posflow,

You can check below part;

Main Menu > Manage > Automation > Automation Commands > Default Ticket Note > General Settings > Ask Text Input > This part must be selected.

Make sure to restart Message Server and update the database on MC3 after this change.
