Mechanism to Change Table Color When Unpaid

What’s the mechanism that changes the table color when the bill is unpaid? I’ve created a custom ‘Main’ screen and added the tables to that but they don’t change color for some reason?

Figured it out.

I had the ‘View Mode’ for the ‘Main’ entity screen set to Custom, setting it to Automatic resolved this issue.

You would have needed to define your entity state type for formatting.

Setting the view mode to automatic works however I loose a custom button, so I’m going to have to ‘define my entity state type for formatting’, but I can’t find where to do this, please help LOL.

OK, got it this time!

I had to go to the ‘settings’ of the grid I created:

…and set Display State to Status
