I try to add a new Product in a New Menu Categories (Cigarettes)
Menu List —> Menu Categories --> Add Cigarettes
Then I add MARLBORO MENTHOL to Product List for 10 $
In the Group CODE doesn’t appear the new Categories (Cigarettes) so I have to add it in a BLANK CATEGORIES.
Then I have added Menu --> Categories–> Cigarettes —>MARLBORO MENTHOL
In the POS all work’s fine. I sell 1 packet for 10 $
I close the work period
But at the END OF PERIOD if I try to do an ITEM SALE REPORT i will check the following Sales by Item Group
Undefined —>%100 ----->10.00
On the same report:
Quantities by Item Group
Undefined —>%100 ----->1
Beverages …
Product
Marlboro Menthol 1 10
The problem is the UNDEFINED word …
