What version did you update from?
That type of message most commonly is when you have a ticket open on another terminal and try and change it on another.

In case you provide Anydesk Id via PM or as email to support@sambapos.com, we can check the issue out for you.
I agree with @JTRTech
If you have a OPEN ticket on a terminal and changes have been processed on another terminal that’s when this message appears. i.e Payment processed
Just click OK, if the ticket disappears its most likely closed off as SETTLED.
