If this is only happening on one ticket or seemingly random tickets, check entity custom data for brackets [

and ticket note, too. Really, check any user inputted data that may be used in a template.
If it’s every ticket, check the mappings for the print job - there may be something invalid that is in one of the mappings. Sometimes I’ve removed all mappings, saved the print job, then stared over.
