Message :there is a problem while printing. check printer and printer template Error Squence contains no matching element cjk

i am getting the following message


can some one guide me to resolve this i have not made changes in the printer or printer template

There may be an empty space between two <> tags. It would be more helpful if you could see the ticket template.

If this is only happening on one ticket or seemingly random tickets, check entity custom data for brackets [ ] and ticket note, too. Really, check any user inputted data that may be used in a template.

If it’s every ticket, check the mappings for the print job - there may be something invalid that is in one of the mappings. Sometimes I’ve removed all mappings, saved the print job, then stared over.
