Hi, Can i know how to troubleshoot if metrik 2.0 is showing unable to access data.
everything seems perfect, internet network connection,firewall and message server all properly configured. In a day, atleast 3 to 4 times unable to access data. Can we know the way to troubleshoot whenever we get this error.
it could be several things… but typically its internet related. could be the server is not powerful enough during peak hours and message server is struggeling, its hard to say what your particular issue is. But 99% of the time its internet related or message server related.
