Please send below information via email to support@sambapos.com
-Your SambaPOS V5 Pro license email address
-Image of metriK QR Code which can be found on the computer that SambaPOS is installed on.
-The email address that you use with the metriK App.
Make sure that you have a valid license for metriK App or your Demo Period is not ended yet.
