Did you install metriK for SambaPOS. What is your opinions about metriK?
Is it easy or hard to install ?
What kind of additional reports do you want?

Do you have message server installed properly and are you connecting to it? That doesn’t look like metrik that looks like mobile order taking app. Which requires lan connection.
Yes Message server works fine
But that’s not metrik app. This discussion is about Metrik. For mobile app which is what you have you need a license and be connected to the same network your server is on. Mobile app doesn’t work over internet it only works local network.
