Metrik login not working

Hello.on January 4th metrik kicked me out and now I can’t log in. It says it’s invalid. Has something changed?

Yes all demo accounts were deactivated. You will need to purchase a license.

i ALREADY PURCHASED A LICENCE BUT NOW THE DEMO AND THE BASIC IS IN MY PORTAL AND STILL MY PHONE IS NOT CONNECTED SAID THE DEMO IS EXPIRED

Hi Jesse, How are you hope fine.
I replay this old post to easy remember you the issue with metrik connection. now same client same problem when try to connect said " maximum number of user is reached. you cannot add new user" and is only one user with this license I clear the key but just the samba key cleared the metrik one still active so what can I do in this case? Do you think will be good deleted the metrik software from the computer and install again? Thanks in advance

It’s for one device. Did they try loading it on more than one device?

there are some way to reset all and install again ? maybe the system re-check that is install in one device?
