Missing 'Total Amount' column in Tickets Report

It has come to my notice recently that the Total Amount column can no longer be found in the Tickets Report. Other categories are still there, e.g. Ticket Type, Number, Date, Open-Closed, User, etc. How can I make the missing Total Amount column re-appear on the table?

Right click on any column header name ->Show Column Chooser and verify if Total is selected there:

Thank you for your help. I tried to follow the steps as advised but only three items appear under Column Chooser, namely, Ticket Id, Ticket Note, Total. Also, there is not a box next to those items which I can check.

  1. Close SambaPOS
  2. Go to Documents\SambaPOS5\Layout
  3. Delete all files, except tiles.txt

Open SambaPOS and check Tickets screen

Thank you again. But ‘Delete all files except…’ sounds a bit scary. Is there a risk of losing stored data, or are they still recoverable later?
