Hi all on 28th my client opened a new work period at 8.00 hrs and closed his business on 2200hrs the same day.During the start of the day he started the work-period in the morning and later closed the work-period at the evening when he was closing.I can ascertain this because when i click the workperiod module,i am able to confirm that this really happened
The problem is when am trying to view the report of the same period ,i am not able to view the workperiod report of the said date and time. We are therefore caught up and we arent able to review what was sold on this day
Please let me if their is any way i can be able to review the 28th report and filter the same report with hours as i have illustrated above
Note that the report for the day will show for the whole day, so if he opened and closed it twice, both will appear… you can select just one from the drop down, select for example today - open it again and it’ll give options…
Or you can always just type the start date and time and then end date and time
For example 28 - 09 - 2017 08:00AM to 28 - 09 - 2017 10:00PM
please get me right on this ,i have no option to filter my report with time.How can i achieve this
You need to go to the Reports Page, filter is there.
You cant filter it by going into the the work periods page
