I’m trying to setup a mobile client but mobile client helper keeps crashing whenever I try to connect.

I’ve upgraded to 5,2,10 and cant seem to connect. I’ve uninstalled the helper service but the app still cannot connect. It does connect to the demo server however.
I don’t know what you mean by app settings. The settings in SambaPos are exactly as the guide, the app doesn’t connect to the server so there are no settings, just the IP which is correct.
The settings for App in User Settings of Sambapos. Show us your configuration. Show your message server settings. Did you configure it to work on port 9000+
