Mobile Client Helper crashes when a tablet tries to connect

I’m trying to setup a mobile client but mobile client helper keeps crashing whenever I try to connect.

Here’s the message:

If you upgrade to SambaPOS v5.2.5 do dont need Mobile Client Helper.
We put all functionalities to SambaPOS Message Server.

I am trying to connect with V5.2.10 I am getting “Helper Service Connection Error”

You don’t use that anymore. It’s built into message server. Uninstall it.

I’ve upgraded to 5,2,10 and cant seem to connect. I’ve uninstalled the helper service but the app still cannot connect. It does connect to the demo server however.

Are you using SQL Express and is Message server configured and connected. Also did you setup the app and you’re settings in Sambapos?

I don’t know what you mean, I used the steps in the guide and also disabled windows firewall.

I don’t know what you mean by app settings. The settings in SambaPos are exactly as the guide, the app doesn’t connect to the server so there are no settings, just the IP which is correct.

The settings for App in User Settings of Sambapos. Show us your configuration. Show your message server settings. Did you configure it to work on port 9000+
