Message Server is not reachable. Error Code #4001

Hi guys, I have done all comfiguration for my Andriod Mobile. And it showing connected on the system. but the Mobile tabs when ni try connecting is showing the following error “MESSAGE SERVER IS NOT REACHABLE. ERROR CODE #4001”. Please what can be the cause? thank you .
