Mobile Client not working

Hi,
on Friday evening I purchased a Mobile Client license from my SambaPos personal area (I already have a SambaPos V5 license since 2017).
I followed step-by-step the guide for configuration of both SambaPOS desktop and Mobile Client (including user, application, etc), but when I try to connect it returns me with an error 4001 (cannot communicate with the server).

Firewall is disabled, I can ping the host and I can see that the port 9000 is in use by SambaPos.

I am currently hosting the SambaPos database on a SQLServer on Azure.

How can I solve the issue?

Please send an email from your license email address which includes Anydesk Remote Connection Program Id to support@sambapos.com so we can connect to your system and check the situation out for you.
