Mobile Client not working

on Friday evening I purchased a Mobile Client license from my SambaPos personal area (I already have a SambaPos V5 license since 2017).
I followed step-by-step the guide for configuration of both SambaPOS desktop and Mobile Client (including user, application, etc), but when I try to connect it returns me with an error 4001 (cannot communicate with the server).

Firewall is disabled, I can ping the host and I can see that the port 9000 is in use by SambaPos.

I am currently hosting the SambaPos database on a SQLServer on Azure.

How can I solve the issue?

Please send an email from your license email address which includes Anydesk Remote Connection Program Id to so we can connect to your system and check the situation out for you.
