Could u guide me how to do monthly inventory of bar. Warehouse of first parcel alcohol is done, recipetes is done. So I need check inventory of the month. Please help me.
If you mean make adjustments for waste etc you need to do so after closing work period. Via warehouse from memory.
If it is for this type of purpose there are better ways using separate ticket type so you can report on waste or whatever.

Also about Monthly Inventory Report, you can use below Report Template by selecting desired date range.
