Is there a way of ensuring that changes made to the navigation screen are propagated to second/multiple terminals. I have set up the time clock system on one terminal but the second systems still has the original navigation system

You can create user role specific navigation layouts by manually creating an empty tiles.txt file with role name (all lowercase). For example if you have admin_tiles.txt file users that have admin role will use that file to store layout. If there is no role specific file tiles.txt file used. We can create an auto configurator later to create / delete that file.

In short just copy the tiles.txt to each terminal. If you want role specific you can do that too.
