How are you opening your draw? XCT code in printer template?
If you added it in you main ticket template it will open whenever you print a bill. But that doesn’t explain on unlock ticket.

Have you put this into your ticket template?
It’s fairly obvious if you add it to the only ticket template it will open anytime it is printed.

I have my kick code in a seperate template which I add only to the payment processed rule.
